Job Responsibility

  • Create Looker Studio dashboards aligned with templates provided by Solutions Analysts
  • Ensure delivery is consistent with brand guidelines (Space & Time or client-specific)
  • Analyse data from various sources to derive actionable insights
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Create and maintain process documentation to ensure transparency and accessibility for the broader team

Requirements

  • Strong academic background in Mathematics or Computer Science
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of data presentation, capable of generating polished client-facing reports
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders (clients, team members, suppliers)
  • Provide clear and regular progress updates, including escalation of issues or delays
  • Promote seamless collaboration across teams
  • Collaborate with the Space & Time Technology Team on both internal and client projects
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Space & Time and Datawrkz service offerings
  • Demonstrate accountability by delivering high-quality, timely work
  • Support the development of interactive dashboards and maintain performance metrics
  • Gradually gain expertise in data engineering by understanding the relationships across data sources
