Job Description:

Adyen’s Regulatory Reporting Tech team is seeking a Data Analyst to join us in Amsterdam. You will help in further automating and scaling our global regulatory reporting framework to keep Adyen compliant across all markets. Together with the team, you will implement key technical solutions to streamline our regulatory reporting operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of Statistical and Prudential reporting
  • set direction and lead initiatives from initial idea to final implementation
  • collaborate with Regulatory Analysts to translate mandates into clear technical scopes
  • work alongside Data Engineers to build and maintain high-performance data pipelines
  • implement validation frameworks for sanity checks
  • unblock other teams and mentor colleagues through feedback and code reviews.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Looker)
  • familiarity with big data tools or Pyspark is a strong advantage
  • ability to collaborate with non-technical teams and translate business requirements into technical plans
  • background in Regulatory, AML or Risk data
  • understanding of working within a highly regulated banking environment
  • expert executor skilled at breaking down complex problems, prioritizing effectively, and aligning work with strategic goals.

Nice to have:

familiarity with big data tools or Pyspark
