The Data Analyst will support the Marketing Procurement BG leads by providing the data insights and creating decks to support increased efficiency of marketing procurement by driving scale where it makes sense, decreasing fragmentation, prioritizing higher impact areas, leveraging technology and data, and driving performance that unlocks 4G growth for Unilever.

Requirements

  • Extract, consolidate, and manage datasets from internal tools, platforms, and systems
  • Conduct data analysis and visualisation, transitioning work from Excel to Python and Power BI
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Prepare high-quality presentations using advanced PowerPoint skills for senior stakeholders
  • Support reporting across the four Business Groups: Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care, Home Care, and Foods
  • Develop data-driven insights aligned to portfolio strategies and business needs across the marketing value chain
  • Interpret marketing spend data to support future-fit procurement strategies
  • Ensure alignment with Unilever Compass, BG priorities, market needs, Procurement with Purpose, and Marketing Procurement principles
