Data Analyst Intern

• Collaborate with business subject matter experts and data professionals to define critical data elements and prepare data for analysis
• Perform data profiling and monitor data quality by working with data stewards and quality leads to support remediation efforts
• Partner with product owners and agile teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of data-related projects
• Interpret data models and convert user requirements into technical specifications and design documents
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

• Bachelor's Degree OR graduate degree
• Must graduate between December 2026 or June 2027 to be eligible
• Knowledge of relational databases and data architecture computer systems, including not limited to SQL
• Experience working with relational databases using SQL
• Experience with Data querying, cleaning, wrangling, working with common relational and non-relational databases in big data environments such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud
• Experience articulating and translating business questions and using statistical techniques to arrive at an answer using data
• Data Visualization skills using tools such as PowerBI, Tableau etc
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking skills with demonstrated ability analyze/synthesize data and generate insights
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year

• 2-4 years Experience in data identification, querying, cleaning, wrangling, checking quality, working with common relational and non-relational databases in big data environments on both on- prem and cloud such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud
• 2-4 years Experience articulating and translating business questions and using statistical techniques to arrive at an answer using data
• 2-4 years Experience writing and speaking about technical concepts to business, technical, and lay audiences and giving data-driven presentations
• 2-4 years Experience working with relational databases using SQL
• 2-4 years Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc
• 2-4 years Experience with big data architecture and pipeline, such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and Kafka

Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location
