Data Analyst - Intern

• Data Collection and Cleaning: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources, with a focus on energy market data, to ensure data quality and integrity
• Data Analysis: Support the analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions, particularly in the energy sector
• Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders, emphasizing energy market insights
• Database Management: Assist in maintaining and optimizing databases and data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and storage, with a focus on energy-related datasets
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support, particularly in energy market projects
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, engineering, and the energy market

• Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge or interest in the energy market and its data dynamics
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries such as Power BI, Plotly or similar would be an added advantage
