Data Analyst III

• Build, revise, and support SQL queries and stored procedures to deliver reliable data for reporting and operational use
• Contribute to system integration efforts by assisting with API connectivity, monitoring data flows, and investigating interface problems
• Create and refine Power BI dashboards and reports that present meaningful insights for business users and stakeholders
• Gather business needs from cross-functional partners and convert those needs into clear technical specifications and data solutions
• Work closely with IT and project teams during development, testing, deployment, and follow-up issue resolution activities
• Provide support to internal teams and external customers by answering questions, researching data concerns, and clarifying integration behavior
• Perform initial debugging and help identify root causes for reporting discrepancies, data defects, and system-related errors
• Review data outputs for consistency and accuracy to help maintain strong data quality across reports and integrated platforms

• 1 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, systems integration, or a closely related role
• Practical knowledge of SQL, including writing queries, working with joins, and supporting basic stored procedures
• Foundational understanding of REST or SOAP APIs and their use in exchanging data between systems
• Experience creating or updating reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate issues methodically
• Effective communication skills and confidence working with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• High attention to detail and a customer-focused approach to supporting data and reporting needs

Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman and a basic understanding of data modeling concepts is preferred
