Data Analyst II

We have a contract to hire opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with 2–4 years of experience working with complex datasets, strong SQL expertise, and hands-on experience with ETL processes, data validation, and reporting tools like SSIS and SSRS. They are comfortable diagnosing data issues, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data processes and system performance. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and can independently identify trends and inconsistencies, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; experience with provider data, scheduling tools like Active Batch or Control M, and cloud-based environments is a strong plus. 100% Remote.
