Job Responsibility:
Gather, interpret, and present competitor insights to support strategic decisions
Prepare and maintain competitor battlecards and update summaries on market activity
Produce detailed profiles of major clients and their key decision‑makers to identify opportunities for additional services
Provide professional guidance and informal mentoring to junior colleagues
Lead or participate in cross‑functional or process‑improvement initiatives
Serve as a trusted consultant to sales management, offering well‑founded recommendations
Undertake ad‑hoc competitor analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of knowledge sharing across teams
Requirements:
Deep knowledge of the telecommunications industry and competitive landscape
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
Innovative mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Effective project management capabilities
Coaching, mentoring, and influencing skills to support collaboration
Consultancy skills and the ability to communicate with confidence
German language knowledge (essential)
