Job Responsibility

  • Gather, interpret, and present competitor insights to support strategic decisions
  • Prepare and maintain competitor battlecards and update summaries on market activity
  • Produce detailed profiles of major clients and their key decision‑makers to identify opportunities for additional services
  • Provide professional guidance and informal mentoring to junior colleagues
  • Lead or participate in cross‑functional or process‑improvement initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted consultant to sales management, offering well‑founded recommendations
  • Undertake ad‑hoc competitor analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of knowledge sharing across teams
