Job Description:

Our Data Science team solves complex problems with smart, practical solutions. Data Analysts and Scientists work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward. We’re looking for a Data Analyst to dig into our complex databases and look for the root cause of a problem. You'll design solutions by writing your own code to implement them. This is an opportunity to apply your skills while picking up new ones and delivering value for millions of customers around the world.

Job Responsibility:

  • Building and adapting data models and ETL processes for regulatory reporting
  • Translating complex requirements into clear, efficient data solutions
  • Maintaining and improving reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high data quality
  • Working with Regulatory Reporting Managers and business teams to align on logic and data needs
  • Monitoring and improving data reliability, applying impeccable attention to detail
  • Setting up local regulatory reporting processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a data-focused analytical role, creating impactful solutions
  • Previous experience in the financial/banking industry
  • A background/education in a quantitative discipline, with evidence of substantial mathematical and statistics knowledge
  • Great skills with Python, SQL, or other programming languages

Nice to have:

  • Experience in accounting/financial reporting
  • An advanced degree in a core STEM subject
  • Olympiad competition participation in physics, mathematics, economics, or programming at the school or university level
