Job Responsibility

  • Analytics Partner: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, confidently representing analytics and shaping priorities
  • Insight to Action: Analyse digital and eCommerce data to identify drivers and opportunities, framing recommendations that lead to impactful decisions
  • Data Products & Storytelling: Develop user-friendly dashboards and champion storytelling standards to ensure insights are clear and actionable
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with eCommerce, Product, and Engineering teams to bridge the gap between analytics and decision-making
  • Advanced & Predictive Analytics: Apply advanced techniques to forecast performance and explore emerging tools to enhance efficiency

Requirements

  • Proficient in Power BI, DataBricks and Google Analytics
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a digital or eCommerce environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for different audiences
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools and analytics software
  • A collaborative mindset, eager to work with cross-functional teams

Nice to have

  • Experience with advanced analytical techniques and predictive modelling
  • Familiarity with AI and emerging analytics tools
  • A background in eCommerce or digital marketing
