Job Description

A business analyst based in Poland, dedicated to data analysis across WEU.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize data models and data sources to support commercial reporting and analytics needs
  • Work with SQL databases to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources
  • Build automated workflows and data pipelines using Alteryx to improve data quality, efficiency, and reliability
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity by identifying and resolving data quality issues
  • Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards and visual analytics using Tableau/ Power BI
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data alignment and integration across systems
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with internal Teams stakeholders
  • Development of tools used by the Analytics team
  • Provide local analytical support to commercial and cross‑functional teams

Requirements

  • University degree (e.g. Economics, Econometrics, Big Data, Mathematics, Computer Science)
  • 3 years of relevant experience in depth data analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with outstanding technical skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL, Alteryx, Excel, Tableau/Power BI
  • Proficient in English and Polish
