Partner with business and technology teams to support NFRR(Non-financial Risk Reporting), deliver actionable insights, support regulatory compliance, and enhance data management capabilities within Barclays
Requirements
Support data governance initiatives by maintaining high standards of data quality, lineage, and metadata management, and NFRR reporting across business domains
Analyse complex datasets using SQL, Python, and cloud-based technologies to identify trends, resolve data issues, and provide meaningful business insights
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements, improve data architecture, and ensure consistency across systems
Monitor and resolve data quality issues while contributing to process improvements, automation opportunities, and governance controls
Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making, regulatory compliance, and strategic data initiatives
Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Lineage, Data Architecture, and NFRR(Non-financial Risk Reporting) principles
Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, AWS, and data analytics tools for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify actionable insights
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
