Job Description

In this role, you will join the Prague office of a leading European financial services group. You will contribute to a large-scale Multi-Tenant Data Warehouse—a massive infrastructure project designed to handle regulatory reporting for multiple entities across five EU countries.

Job Responsibility

  • Translating complex financial requirements into technical blueprints
  • Taking an active role in Business Intelligence development, specifically focusing on data definitions, transformation logic, and mapping, while spearheading the testing phase
  • Ensuring all solutions are thoroughly documented for seamless hand-overs
  • Delivering high-level reports using standardized enterprise tools
  • Evaluating and preparing proposals for system changes and functional improvements

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing (DWH) and general information systems
  • Practical, hands-on experience querying and managing data
  • A solid understanding of regulatory reporting and the intricacies of handling sensitive banking data
  • Comfort working with standard financial frameworks (such as FINREP, COREP, or GCRD)
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and fluency in English
