Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will be a core member of our highly strategic Growth Team. You’ll play a key role in enhancing our data-driven decision-making and optimising business processes by researching, analysing, and visualising data to drive impactful solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive decision-making through data – Analyze complex datasets to identify main trends and patterns of our funnel (Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, Monetisation)
  • Focusing on our B2B customer base
  • Create visualisations – To track key metrics and assist in the creation of visual representations (dashboards, maps) for effective communication of analytical insights
  • Building analytic solutions – By modernising, standardising, and troubleshooting analytics tools
  • Being responsible for creating company-wide KPIs, rules and data products
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders - Act as a strategic partner for Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Finance
  • Bridge the gap between technical data and business goals, translating complex analysis into clear, executive-level recommendations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
  • Strong understanding of data analysis principles
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership of analytical topics end-to-end
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, including query optimisation techniques
  • Extensive knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis, data manipulation, and automation
  • Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar visualisation tools
