Job Description

VIE (Volunteer for International Experience) position within Data Analyst & Transformation Support at Satair (Airbus subsidiary). The role supports the transformation and change department, offering a 24-month paid work experience abroad for young EU graduates.

Job Responsibility

  • Launch and drive Reporting Dashboards based on Project Key metrics, like Milestone adherence, Operative or Capital Expenditures for the Project Portfolio and others
  • Run and lead data-driven analysis to support decision-making
  • Support the team during budget Planning Cycles (Operative Planning, Forecast)

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computational Science, or Engineering/Business
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and familiarity with database systems
  • Ability to visualize and communicate complex data and analyses effectively
  • Accustomed to working in multifunctional and multicultural setups
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills (ability to establish sustainable networks and develop positive, long-term relationships)
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • English is mandatory

Nice to have

  • German or any other language
  • Relevant professional experience (including internships) in Project and Portfolio Management, Data Visualisation, Supply Chain, Airlines, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics or Customer Services
  • Industrial and Lean understanding and acumen
