VIE (Volunteer for International Experience) position within Data Analyst & Transformation Support at Satair (Airbus subsidiary). The role supports the transformation and change department, offering a 24-month paid work experience abroad for young EU graduates.
Job Responsibility:
Launch and drive Reporting Dashboards based on Project Key metrics, like Milestone adherence, Operative or Capital Expenditures for the Project Portfolio and others
Run and lead data-driven analysis to support decision-making
Support the team during budget Planning Cycles (Operative Planning, Forecast)
Requirements:
Educated to degree level (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computational Science, or Engineering/Business
Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and familiarity with database systems
Ability to visualize and communicate complex data and analyses effectively
Accustomed to working in multifunctional and multicultural setups
Strong Stakeholder Management skills (ability to establish sustainable networks and develop positive, long-term relationships)
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
English is mandatory
Nice to have:
German or any other language
Relevant professional experience (including internships) in Project and Portfolio Management, Data Visualisation, Supply Chain, Airlines, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics or Customer Services
Industrial and Lean understanding and acumen
