Job Description:

Our analysts transform data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision making. They analyze trends, interpret data, and discover opportunities. Working cross-functionally, they craft narratives from the numbers - directly contributing to our success. Their work influences key business decisions and shape the direction of Comcast. Responsible for working cross-functionally to collect data and develop models to determine trends utilizing a variety of data sources. Retrieves, analyzes and summarizes business, operations, employee, customer and/or economic data in order to develop business intelligence, optimize effectiveness, predict business outcomes and decision-making purposes. Involved with numerous key business decisions by conducting the analyses that inform our business strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead advanced analytics using SQL and Python/PySpark (churn, revenue, customer behavior, KPIs)
  • Develop forecasting, trend analysis, root cause diagnostics, and actionable recommendations
  • Write optimized SQL across large enterprise datasets and cloud environments (e.g., Spark, Databricks)
  • Automate recurring reporting pipelines and ensure data quality and governance standards
  • Design and maintain executive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) and scalable KPI frameworks
  • Present insights to Director/VP-level stakeholders and influence business decisions
  • Mentor Level 1 & 2 analysts and promote best practices in analytics delivery

Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
  • Advanced SQL expertise (joins, window functions, optimization)
  • Proficiency in Python or PySpark
  • Experience with large-scale cloud or distributed data systems
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree

Nice to have:

  • Experience in telecom, digital product, subscription, or customer analytics
  • Exposure to A/B testing, experimentation, or ML concepts
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
