In this role, you will support clients involved in battery storage and broader power-sector investments by delivering market analysis, data-driven insights, and decision-support consulting. You will work with complex datasets and analytical outputs, translating them into actionable guidance that clients can use for investment decisions—making this a highly impactful and valuable position.

Job Responsibility

  • Explain analysis results related to energy markets and battery storage investments, supporting clients’ decision-making processes
  • Provide advisory and consulting support on investment evaluation and profitability analysis
  • Work with large datasets, offering interpretation and actionable insights
  • Share client needs and feedback with internal product teams to contribute to product improvement
  • Deliver onboarding and training sessions on the use of market analysis tools
  • Build strong relationships with clients and drive product usage and engagement

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years up to 5 years of analytical experience in consulting, technology, energy, finance, or other knowledge-driven sectors
  • Knowledge and experience in Japanese power market analysis
  • Ability to derive insights from complex datasets
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical content clearly
  • Self-driven and able to take initiative in problem-solving
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English proficiency

Nice to have

  • Experience in power market or power system modeling
  • Skills in Python, statistics, or quantitative analysis (beneficial due to large data volumes)
  • Experience working with global or multicultural teams
  • Experience in SaaS customer success or technical consulting
