Job Responsibility

  • Enable single version of the truth through the provision of a structured Logical Data Model (LDM) focused on business needs and common data definitions
  • Translate business requirements into conceptual, logical data models
  • Transform data into an enterprise information asset that is consistent, comprehensive and current
  • Lead providing a specialist data management service, data quality root cause analysis and recommendation of business improvement opportunities
  • Interpret business requirements and determine optimum Data & Analytics solutions to meet needs
  • Responsible for business architecture (how the business interface with the technology in a system oriented perspective), data models and structures
  • Work in collaboration with both business and technology to solve issues related to Data & Analytics projects
  • Taking judgement on BI investments and recommendation to local leadership team
  • To proactively look for opportunities to improve Data & Analytics environment and work in collaboration with related departments
  • Ensure robust data controls are in place to drive data quality
  • Follow new technologies and proactively look for opportunities to improve data quality and drive through to completion
  • Align Data & AI vision and strategy to local market strategy
  • Ensure quality with Data & Analytics data management activities
  • Operational accountability and impact on service to customers
  • Managing operational performance of the Data & Analytics environment ensuring data integrity & quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in engineering or MIS
  • master degree is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise communicating with stakeholders in management level
  • Data knowledge is must
  • previous data management and telecommunication experience is plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Good Presentation Skills
  • 5+ years’ experience in similar position
  • Project management and analytical thinking skills
  • Experience with Data, Analytics and business intelligence reporting tools or technologies (e.g. Business Objects, Tabeau, Oracle SQL, Python, Power BI)
  • Understanding of business drivers and what data is and should be used for

  • master degree is a plus
