Key Requeriments: Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics or related degree. 1–4 years of experience. English proficiency to maintain conversation applied to technical language. Knowledge data bases, programming, data bricks, DASC, SQL, PHYTON (essential). Speaking and writing communication skills. Activities: Responsible of data mining to provide visible solutions to customers, including layouts, PBI reports, statistical analysis, graphs and tables. Understanding of customer’s request to translate it to visual and functional reports. Team work to promote initiatives related to improve service KPI’s and spare parts sales. Identify projects requirements to translate them to a project timing and milestones. Prioritize projects according impact vs effort. Continuous improvement to generated visors. Documentation of processes and storage according GM policies. Support to district managers with data understanding and how it was calculated. Support dealer’s network to questions about KPIs reports and calculation. Self-development supported by collaboration with other areas and councils. Determine best scenarios based on profit & loss, and statistical data as mean and median. Lead discussions and reach agreements with internal and external stake holders. Candidate must be collaborative team player who will work closely with diverse of people, and functions. Experience in data mining and management of data basis. Programming in DAX, SQL, Pyton, R. Capability to analyze business results to identify opportunities: budget, trends, statistical data. Apply financial analysis tools and work experiences to influence current and future profitability (e.g. financial models, business cases, run rate, advanced data analytics). Prepare reporting package with insight for monthly operating review and/or Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), anticipating logical questions based on content. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects at once without sacrificing quality. Works under general supervision with limited guidance and direction. Determines an appropriate course of action within broad guidelines and can handle nearly every standard or typical request independently. Identify and corrects non-routine problems in existing systems and processes through independent judgment. Applies learned techniques to drive the solution to a problem. Adapts communication style to reach agreement in own area in situations of moderate complexity. Demonstrates flexibility and adaptation.
