Job Responsibility:

  • Delving into data from different systems, structured and unstructured, both batch and real time, to discover hidden relationships and useful information
  • Translating complex datasets into key strategy insight and powerful capabilities to the business
  • Engage with stakeholders in order to understand their business processes, imperatives, constraints and priorities
  • Build, develop and maintain automated reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions
  • Discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities by using advanced analysis techniques
  • Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to team members/stakeholders
  • Prepare relevant presentations, reports and analysis to provide foresight to local, regional and global management
  • Deliver analysis and/or investigation on every KPI and identify high risk areas and opportunities
  • Establish and manage business definitions of KPIs
  • Understand how the data is generated throughout the systems (when and how / during which processes and activities / data flows)
  • Work with Data&Analytics Data Modeler and Technology teams in order to have an effective base for dashboards, scorecards and reports
  • Work in harmony with agile practices
  • Ensure 100% regulation / legal and security compliance

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a reputable university with strong record of achievement, preferably engineering, MIS, statistics or economy
  • High degree of initiative and attention to detail
  • Understanding of business drivers and what data is and should be used for
  • Analytics experience and business intelligence knowledge in telecommunication sector
  • Good understanding of business modelling, analysis and reporting
  • Good command in English
  • Good presentation skills with ability to present complex details with simple, visual outputs
  • 2+ years experience in similar position
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. SQL Developer, Business Objects, Tableau, Pyhton)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
