We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Administrator to support our team by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate has strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with accuracy and professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases, spreadsheets, and recordkeeping systems
Review source documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry
Verify and correct data discrepancies or missing information
Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents as needed
Respond to internal requests for information and data support
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information
Assist with general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and document management
Support process improvement efforts to enhance data accuracy and workflow efficiency
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or office coordination
Fast and accurate typing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Experience with databases, CRM systems, or ERP platforms preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
