Ecolab is seeking a Data Administrator to perform duties within the Corporate Law Department. The primary responsibility will be supporting Ecolab’s global subsidiary administration, including records management, signature coordination and corporate filings, as well as assisting with various corporate governance matters. This position will be located at our corporate office in Krakow, Poland, reporting to a law manager in the Corporate Law Department at company headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain minute books, stock ledgers and other corporate records for Ecolab’s subsidiaries
Assist in managing and updating corporate records and information in Ecolab’s global entity management platform (hCue)
Assist in managing and maintaining legal aspects of Ecolab’s subsidiaries, including various corporate records
Assist in managing a centralized process for gathering signatures of the officers and directors of Ecolab’s subsidiaries
Support legal and business personnel in performing special projects and other duties
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business Administration or a similar field
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in administrative support or similar field
Experience with corporate entity administration
Fluency in the English language (B2 level)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management) with the ability to become familiar with other key programs such AdobeSign
Detail oriented with excellent
