Our client, a privately held business in Bonsall, is seeking a Data & Administrative Operations Specialist to ensure records, reports, and internal systems remain clean, accurate, and dependable. Job Responsibility:
Enter, update, and verify high volumes of data across internal systems
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Review information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Support accounting, operations, and leadership teams with reporting
Prepare spreadsheets, trackers, and summaries
Assist with audits and document requests
Ensure confidentiality and data integrity at all times
Requirements:
2+ years of data entry or administrative support experience
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience in real estate or private business environments a plus
Reliable, consistent, and process-oriented
