Job Responsibility:
Handle people and culture data administration tasks to comply with all relevant service level agreements
execute work to support new initiatives, programs, policies, and services
continuously improve and standardise data administration activities
conduct audits and reviews of dashboards and reports
align with Location Operational Services Managers for escalations and issue resolution
support implementation of initiatives and transition of processes
improve service delivery by standardising processes and methods
ensure high data quality through regular audits
update reporting schedules
collaborate to create and maintain service models
support employment verification requests and document management.
Requirements:
Passionate about people, business, IKEA’s purpose
minimum 3 years of related experience
ability to develop people and culture management strategies
expertise in recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, mobility, talent acquisition, diversity, talent management and organisation development.
