DashMart Kitchens Shift Lead

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training
• Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets
• Ensure customer orders are delivered with high quality by executing orders accurately, communicating with customers when issues arise, and ensuring Dasher pickups go smoothly
• Guide Operations Associates through their shift by ensuring the team works safely and productively and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations
• Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, assist with day-to-day tasks, and lead by example
• Engage in professional and respectful interactions with team members and customers
• Contribute ideas to improve our quality and customer experience

• Self-motivated, positive, and a team player
• Proven track record of success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments
• Able to be on your feet and move heavy products
• Excited and physically able (with or without accommodation) to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Flexibility in your schedule
