Job Description:

Lead a Mission?Critical Support Program in the Defence Environment. The DAP Coordinator is the on?site lead responsible for service continuity, stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, team coordination, and ensuring all activities meet Defence standards and expectations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Market and promote DAP services to the Defence community
  • Build and maintain relationships with Defence stakeholders
  • Coordinate day?to?day operations, rosters, training, and team absences
  • Deliver presentations and provide information to Defence clients
  • Ensure compliance, reporting, and smooth site access for contractors
  • Identify and escalate issues that may impact service delivery

Requirements:

  • Experience in the disability sector and working with people with disability
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships in structured, professional environments
  • Commercial awareness and sound problem?solving capability
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with insurance
  • Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain AGSVA Baseline Clearance
