Job Description:

Are you a fluent Danish speaker with good knowledge of English? Are you interested in working from the beautiful island of Crete, Chania? This is a full-time job opportunity where we are accepting applications from candidates currently living anywhere in Greece or abroad and they would like to relocate & work from Crete. You will have the chance to enjoy the sun and sea in one of the most beautiful and well known islands in Greece. You will have the chance to serve the Danish speaking clients of the most well-known companies worldwide in the fields of technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive or domestic appliances.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all Danish speaking clients
  • Responding and recording customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships with Danish customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
  • Troubleshooting and resolving common technical problems
  • Delighting customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

Requirements:

  • An excellent level of the Danish language
  • A good level of the English language
  • PC literacy
  • Client centric mindset
  • High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ordering maintenance and repair service from external Suppliers and follow up on deliveries (supervision according to the SLA for created WO)
  • Maintain equipment documentation including specifications, warranties, life-cycle, maintenance needs and operating instructions
  • Active communication to all parties involved (SM, service companies, maintenance engineers, technicians, etc.) for effective problem resolution
  • Costs approvals and contacts with Finance Teams and Vendors to solved payments related problems
