Job Description:

This is a full-time job opportunity allowing Danish speakers to work from the island of Crete, Chania. The role includes serving Danish-speaking customers of leading companies worldwide in various industries, such as technology, banking, and telecommunications.

Job Responsibility:

Acting as the first point of contact for all Danish speaking clients
Responding and recording customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
Maintaining solid customer relationships with Danish customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
Troubleshooting and resolving common technical problems
Delighting customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

Requirements:

An excellent level of the Danish language
A good level of the English language
PC literacy

Nice to have:

High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Client centric mindset
