Job Responsibility

Guide your team through our pre-prepared shows and choreograph your own routines for select performances
Ensure everyone is rehearsed and ready for opening night
Rehearse and teach your team the pre-prepared shows created by our company
Bring creativity to arrange positions, placements, and characters
Create your own original dance movements and routines for our productions
Develop dance routines for the entire animation team
Oversee the entire musical from start to finish, managing everything from rehearsals to costumes
Direct dance routines for smaller family shows each night
Lead the team in learning all the dance routines
Assist the rest of the Animation team in their activities

Job Responsibility

Set up tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, podiums, and other equipment per Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and floor diagrams
Ensure all meeting and banquet rooms are clean, organized, and properly equipped before guest arrival
Move, lift, and position furniture and equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect all areas for cleanliness, damage, and functionality before, during, and after events
Communicate with Banquet Captains and Managers regarding last-minute changes or additional setup needs
Maintain cleanliness of storage rooms and ensure equipment is returned to proper areas after each event
Replace linens, skirting, and coverings as needed throughout the event
Assist with quick room turns between events to meet tight timelines
Follow all safety and lifting procedures to prevent injury or property damage
Report any damaged equipment or maintenance needs promptly
