We are looking for a dedicated Damage Claims Analyst to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to address a backlog of damage claims with precision and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review and analyze damage claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
  • Process casualty and property damage claims efficiently using SAP systems
  • Investigate claims thoroughly to determine liability and assess damages
  • Communicate with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information
  • Maintain organized records of claims and ensure all documentation is complete
  • Resolve claims disputes by negotiating settlements where appropriate
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize and address backlog cases
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies during claims processing
  • Provide timely updates to management regarding claim statuses and progress
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify trends or issues within claims processing workflows

Requirements:
