The DAM Executive role at Vodafone Egypt is mainly to drive sales growth and expand Vodafone’s market share across assigned territories, within Vodafone Business / enterprise accounts while meeting customer excellence standards.
Job Responsibility
Managing a group of accounts to work on achieving Net adds, Voice points, solution and accounts targets
Growing revenue by selling Vodafone’s telecom and digital solutions
Building strong client relationships with business customers and key stakeholders
Identifying new business opportunities and winning new accounts
Coordinating with internal teams like Marketing, Activation, IT, and Operations to execute projects smoothly
Ensuring customer excellence & handling by resolving issues quickly and improving customer satisfaction/NPS
Monitoring performance and reporting on sales progress, account health, and market opportunities
Ensuring the quality of Sales
Requirements
Having Experience in telecom & technology industries
Sales/account management experience
