The DAM Region Executive role at Vodafone Egypt is mainly to drive sales growth and expand Vodafone’s market share across assigned regional territories, within Vodafone Business / enterprise accounts while meeting customer excellence standards.
Job Responsibility:
Growing revenue by selling Vodafone’s telecom and digital solutions
Managing regional accounts/territories to ensure sales targets are achieved
Building strong client relationships with business customers and key stakeholders
Identifying new business opportunities and winning new accounts
Coordinating with internal teams like Marketing, Activation, IT, and Operations to execute projects smoothly
Ensuring customer excellence by resolving & handling issues quickly and improving customer satisfaction/NPS
Monitoring performance and reporting on sales progress, account health, and market opportunities
Ensuring the quality of Sales
Requirements:
Having Experience in telecom & technology industries
Sales/account management experience
Negotiation and communication skills
Commercial awareness & Full awareness of Vodafone Business Digital Solutions
Territory management capability
Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
