Our DAM Librarians are responsible for managing, organizing, and preserving information and knowledge collections, ensuring their accessibility and usefulness for our user community. The tasks involve developing and maintaining our collections, providing reference services and user support, and ensuring that information resources are available and easy to find, contributing to intellectual and professional development.
Job Responsibility:
Asset Management: Receive and upload digital assets into the AEM Assets system
Metadata Management: Merge and manage metadata using CSV files
Quality Assurance: Review all digital assets and metadata for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand guidelines
On-going maintenance: Manage structured tags, duplication detection, dealing with expiring assets, responding to archive or metadata update requests
Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on asset usage, trends, and system performance
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes and guidelines related to asset and metadata management
Requirements:
Advanced level of English, both written and spoken (must)
Advanced knowledge in Jira
Strong organizational, planning, and attention to detail skills
Experience in interacting and collaborating with users and internal teams
Previous experience in a library, archive, or documentation center environment, quality assurance
Degree in Library and Information Science, Archival Studies, or related fields (plus)
Full-time onsite availability during the first three months (from 09:30 to 19:00hr)
