Job Description

We are currently working with a number of SEND schools across Portsmouth who require daily supply Teaching Assistants to support with short-term cover needs. These roles are perfect for those looking for flexibility while still gaining experience across a range of specialist settings. You may be supporting: Pupils with autism, SEMH or learning difficulties, Classes with additional staff support needs, Schools requiring short-term or emergency cover. No two days are the same, and you’ll gain exposure to a variety of SEND environments. Role details: Flexible daily supply work, Full-time or part-time availability, Immediate start, £93 per day.

  • Complete on-site drug testing of individuals identified for testing by the HR department (randomly selected), complete post-accident drug and alcohol testing as specified in the Penn Line Drug and Alcohol Policy and as directed by the Area Supervisor, also complete any other necessary testing in the field (Reasonable suspicion, pre-employment)
  • Complete periodic training courses in Temporary Traffic Control (Flagging) and CPR/First Aid to ensure the workforce has an adequate supply of qualified employees
