Job Description

As a Recruiter supporting the DACH region, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates across technical, corporate, and sales roles for our offices in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role supports Arrow Global Components, part of Arrow Electronics, a global leader in electronic component distribution. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent by applying effective recruitment strategies. You will partner closely with hiring managers, provide insights into local market trends, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will be part of the EMEA Recruiting team based in Gdańsk, with most recruitment activities conducted remotely. You will collaborate with a diverse team of HR and recruitment professionals, helping shape the future of Arrow—one hire at a time.

Job Responsibility

  • Sourcing and screening candidates across technical, corporate, and sales roles for offices in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent by applying effective recruitment strategies
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers
  • Providing insights into local market trends
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Recruitment – previous experience as a recruiter preferably for German speaking markets and understanding the local talent markets, challenges and opportunities
  • Language skills – fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with local teams and international stakeholders (C1 level)
  • Communication – ability to approach convince and partner with the hiring managers, candidates and wider HR team
  • Teamwork – collaborate with the EMEA team to achieve its goals, learn and share knowledge
  • Creativity and innovation – thinking outside the box, coming up with new innovative ways to drive recruitment effectiveness.
