Job Description

Our client is the ultimate online crypto casino, built by experienced players who know what real gamblers want. They are launching a bold push into the DACH region, and you could lead that effort from Malta, on-site. As the DACH Country Manager, you will own the market end-to-end with high autonomy and a direct, measurable impact on growth. You will shape the local marketing, CRM, events, PR and affiliate activity, and collaborate with product, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver great player experiences while safeguarding the brand and regulatory standards. There is 1 vacancy for this role. Relocation would be considered only if you already hold a valid visa. Job Responsibility

  • Own the DACH market strategy and execution across Marketing, CRM, Events, PR, and Affiliates to grow awareness, acquisition and retention
  • Build, manage and optimise the affiliate network
  • negotiate partnerships, monitor performance, and maximise ROI
  • Lead local campaigns and calendars
  • localise content, coordinate cross-channel campaigns, and manage events and sponsorships
  • Collaborate with product, legal, compliance and finance to ensure compliant, customer-centred offerings for DE, AT, and CH
  • Analyse data and report KPIs to leadership
  • translate insights into actions that accelerate growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years in iGaming (casino and/or sportsbook), with a focus on the DACH market
  • Native or fluent German, with deep knowledge of the DE, AT, and CH market and consumer preferences
  • Proven experience managing affiliates, partnerships, or commercial strategy in DACH iGaming, with a track record of revenue growth
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate across marketing, product, compliance and commercial teams

  • Experience in crypto or a crypto-casino environment is a plus
  • Based on-site in Malta
