Job Description:

The DAAI Delivery Manager at NTT DATA will lead the delivery of the U.S. Bank Data, Analytics & AI portfolio, ensuring high-quality execution across complex programs. The role requires over 10 years of experience in technology delivery, particularly in regulated industries, with a strong focus on data and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of financial management and risk compliance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own end-to-end delivery for the U.S. Bank Data & AI portfolio, including platform, analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI initiatives
  • Ensure delivery outcomes align with business objectives, regulatory expectations, and architectural standards
  • Establish and maintain delivery governance, cadence, and reporting across all programs and workstreams
  • Proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations in a highly regulated financial services environment
  • Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for U.S. Bank technology, data, AI, and risk stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships with client leaders across engineering, architecture, risk, compliance, and product
  • Lead executive-level delivery reviews, QBRs, and steering committee updates
  • Partner with account and practice leadership to support account growth through consistent delivery performance
  • Own delivery financials including revenue, margin, forecasting, and variance management
  • Manage SOW execution, change control, and scope governance
  • Ensure accurate demand planning, staffing, and utilization across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams
  • Lead and mentor Delivery Leads, Program Managers, Scrum Masters, and Technical Leads
  • Collaborate with Data & AI Practice leadership on capability alignment and talent strategy
  • Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure teams adhere to enterprise delivery, security, and compliance standards
  • Ensure delivery aligns with U.S. Bank’s risk, control, and audit requirements
  • Support evidence collection, documentation, and audit readiness for Data & AI programs
  • Embed security, privacy, and responsible AI practices into delivery execution

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, with significant experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud platforms
  • Proven experience leading large, multi‑workstream programs in financial services or other highly regulated industries
  • Strong understanding of Data & AI delivery lifecycles, including platforms, analytics, ML, and GenAI
  • Demonstrated success managing client-facing delivery at the executive level
  • Experience owning delivery P&L, forecasting, and commercial governance
  • Deep knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and scaled delivery models

Nice to have:

  • Experience delivering programs within large U.S. banking institutions
  • Familiarity with Azure-based Data & AI ecosystems (data platforms, ML, GenAI, governance tooling)
  • Experience working with risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders in AI-enabled programs
  • Background in consulting or systems integration environments
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
