Job Responsibility:

  • Implement and customize Microsoft D365 solutions based on client needs, focusing on both technical and functional aspects
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with technical solutions
  • Configure, develop, and maintain D365 modules, including Sales, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Service
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during implementation and after go-live
  • Write and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and technical specifications
  • Support data migration activities, ensuring accurate and efficient data transfer to D365
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of D365 solutions
  • Participate in project planning, delivery, and post-implementation support, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and teamwork

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MCA, or any relevant field
  • Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft D365/AX and know the product inside and out
  • Strong programming skills are key for customizing and developing D365 solutions
  • Ideally with 2-3 full life cycle implementations
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken, are a must for smooth collaboration

Nice to have:

  • Experience in moving from AX to D365 is a bonus
  • Being able to integrate with third-party apps and optimizing performance is a plus
  • Extra skills like Power Apps/Power BI, Azure DevOps, MS Flow/Logic Apps, and D365-related tools are nice to have but not required
