Job Description:

As a key member of HSO’s Customer Success team, you’ll use your deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance to deliver exceptional support and guidance to our clients. Based in Sydney, this role requires regular in-office collaboration (4 days per week) and plays a critical part in resolving complex issues, optimising business processes, and ensuring customers gain maximum value from their D365 solutions. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while supporting organisations that deliver essential services and outcomes for communities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide high-quality support across the Microsoft D365 Finance (ERP) ecosystem, resolving incidents and problems efficiently
  • Act as a trusted liaison between customers, HSO ANZ teams, and partners to ensure timely, effective issue resolution
  • Configure and customise D365 Finance solutions to meet specific business requirements
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of product scenarios and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues
  • Support business process design and implementation to ensure smooth adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with Technical and Delivery teams to deliver consistent, positive client experiences
  • Take a consultative approach, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Finance (and earlier Dynamics AX versions)
  • Relevant Microsoft D365 Finance certifications
  • Strong knowledge of accounting processes and reporting standards
  • Hands-on experience with: Finance / General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable (basic)
  • Human Resources / Personnel Management
  • User Administration / Security
  • Experience gathering functional requirements and producing functional designs
  • Experience managing OneVersion updates, including working with Microsoft Support
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for continuous improvement
