Job Description

Play a critical role in keeping a global D365 platform running smoothly. We’re looking for a hands‑on D365 F&O Support Engineer with strong Azure experience to own the technical side of our D365 F&O platform and supporting Azure environment. You’ll look after the day‑to‑day running of the platform, including the Azure environment and key integrations, making sure everything stays stable, secure, and reliable.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and support the Azure environment underpinning D365 F&O, including infrastructure, security, licensing, monitoring, performance, and cost control
  • Support and maintain integrations between D365 F&O, ISVs, Microsoft 365 services, and external systems using Azure Integration Services
  • Manage environments, deployments, releases, and fixes, ensuring stability and reliability of the platform
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and guidance for incidents, problems, and changes across D365 F&O and related services
  • Implement and support ALM and DevOps practices for D365, connected applications, and integration services
  • Ensure system reliability, security, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place
  • Collaborate with ISVs, partners, developers, functional teams, and business stakeholders, and maintain technical documentation and runbooks

Requirements

  • Extensive experience implementing and supporting D365 F&O, including users and environments
  • 5+ years’ experience in Azure engineering/cloud solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies
  • Hands‑on experience with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Data Factory, APIs, Synapse)
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps, including release and environment management
  • Proficiency in scripting and development technologies such as PowerShell, C#, and .NET
  • Experience with Azure server and platform administration, including performance tuning
  • Exposure to the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and its integration with D365
  • Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently
