Job Description:

The Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) System Administrator will be responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, with a primary focus on the Finance & Operations and Project modules. This role serves as a support of the Accounting and Finance department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain user access, system configurations, and integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues within an established SLA
  • Onboard new acquisitions and providing process walk for new business users
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to recommend effective solutions
  • Evaluate and implement system enhancements and integrations
  • Document system configurations, changes, and processes
  • Support configuration, maintenance, data migration, and training in a multi-entity environment
  • Provide responsive field support and resolve escalated support requests
  • Administer and maintain user permissions and security roles
  • Manage, test, and document system configurations and workflows
  • Translate business objectives and critical success factors into functional documents
  • Oversee and maintain integrations with key operational systems
  • Coordinate and fulfill reporting requests using Financial Reporter
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Plan and test the implementation of major and minor system updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience and/or education
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as system administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certification or equivalent a plus
  • Familiarity with security roles in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Basic proficiency with Financial Reporter a plus
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Highly capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Adaptable and flexible in dynamic, fast-paced settings
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
