With a team size of over 120 across two locations (Noida h Bengaluru), Seventh Triangle is a preferred partner to work with in the Indian D2C and Shopify space.

Job Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end growth outcomes for D2C ecommerce brands across acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue
  • Translate business goals into quarterly growth roadmaps and monthly execution plans
  • Act as the single point of ownership for client accounts
  • run weekly reviews and drive decisions
  • Lead CRO and onsite optimization across homepage, PDP, collection, cart, and checkout
  • Identify funnel drop-offs using analytics and convert insights into experiments and improvements
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (performance marketing, SEO, creative, retention, tech) to deliver on time
  • Align growth plans with supply chain realities including inventory, fulfillment, and returns
  • Protect account health, support renewals, and identify expansion opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven 4+ Years of experience owning D2C ecommerce growth (brand or agency)
  • Strong understanding of CRO, funnel analysis, and experimentation
  • Working knowledge of Shopify admin and theme structure
  • Hands-on comfort with GA4, event tracking, and funnel reports
  • Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (Meta, Google)
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
  • Understanding of supply chain fundamentals: inventory planning, fulfillment, returns, and their impact on growth
  • Experience running structured cadences like weekly reviews and QBRs
  • Shopify admin, collections, catalogs, and basic theme logic
  • CRO frameworks and A/B testing design
  • GA4 reporting and event logic
