Act as a trusted partner and single point of contact for Digital Manufacturing programs to Supply Chain Leads across Indonesian Business Units, ensuring alignment of digital priorities with business needs and operational strategies to drive actionable digital initiatives, supporting growth, agility, and end-to-end value creation
Lead and coordinate Manufacturing Excellence and Digital Factory Leads across Business Units to deliver measurable value through the implementation of digital and technology solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and sustainability
Develop and execute a digital manufacturing roadmap that leverages data, tech AI, and automation to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the supply chain
Collaborate closely with Global Digital & Technology teams — including Business Product Domain, Foundations, and Business Group CDIO — to deliver an integrated global-to-local digital strategy and oversee deployments of BU-specific or tailored solutions
Drive successful delivery and adoption of digital and technology solutions in manufacturing operations, ensuring user engagement, capability development, and value realization across Indonesian Business Units
Champion a culture of digital innovation and capability building, empowering teams to adopt new technologies, share best practices, and lead with data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field
Around 10 years of experience in manufacturing, digital transformation, or Industry 4.0, preferably within FMCG or process industries
Proven success in leading cross-functional digital programs that deliver measurable business impact
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across global and local teams
Solid understanding of digital manufacturing technologies (e.g., MES, IoT, AI/ML, automation, advanced analytics)
Knowledge of data and technology ecosystems and core supply chain processes
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, TPM, or Six Sigma
Demonstrated ability to drive digital adoption and cultural change in complex environments
Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate technology into business value
Passion for capability building, innovation, and sustainability
