Purpose of the Job

Job Responsibility

  • Connect with business teams to gather, understand, and document business requirements in user stories
  • Maintain and manage a well-organized product backlog
  • Prioritize tasks and user stories based on business value and urgency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet business requirements
  • Conduct QA testing to validate delivered solutions against defined requirements
  • Provide ongoing support and close cases in a timely manner
  • Investigate system issues and collaborate with relevant teams to deliver effective fixes

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
