Job Responsibility

Provide administrative support to the DSG, including coordinating DSG meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining records
Assist with data management and analysis efforts, including maintaining tracking spreadsheets and documents, and supporting data analysis and reporting initiatives
Support communications and marketing efforts to include drafting emails and other correspondence, assisting with the development of marketing materials, and providing support for the maintenance of relevant websites and knowledge management platforms
Provide general administrative support to GIP as needed, and assist with special projects and initiatives led by the Mission Integrator
Manage calendars for GIP leadership to streamline coordination, and provide deconfliction where appropriate
Attend meetings with members of the GIP team to take notes and provide meeting minutes when appropriate
