The Assistant d|bar Manager will be a key leader of a dynamic Food and Beverage Team providing memorable experiences to our guests. Job Responsibility:
Support the Food and Beverage Teams in the day to day operations
Training
Quality controls inspection
Food safety assurance
Supervising all Kitchen personal in order to ensure the highest standards of food quality
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience managing a high-volume restaurant
In-depth knowledge of the Toronto restaurant scene
Excellent ability to handle high profile customers under pressure
Extremely high level of professionalism
Valid Smart Serve Certification
