Job Description:

This full-time position for a Czech Customer Service Agent involves providing support to Czech-speaking clients for renowned companies in technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive, and domestic appliances sectors. Located in Chania, Crete, the role offers a chance to work in an idyllic location while delivering top-notch customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Acting as the first point of contact for all Czech speaking clients
Responding and recording customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
Maintaining solid customer relationships with Czech customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
Troubleshooting and resolving common technical problems
Delighting customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

Requirements:

An excellent level of the Czech language
A good level of the English language
PC literacy

Nice to have:

High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Client centric mindset
