This is a full-time job opportunity where we are accepting applications from candidates currently living anywhere in Greece or abroad and they would like to relocate & work from Crete. You will have the chance to enjoy the sun and sea in one of the most beautiful and well known islands in Greece. You will have the chance to serve the Czech speaking clients of the most well-known companies worldwide in the fields of technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive or domestic appliances.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all Czech speaking clients
  • Responding and recording customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships with Czech customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
  • Troubleshooting and resolving common technical problems
  • Delighting customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

Requirements:

  • An excellent level of the Czech language
  • A good level of the English language
  • PC literacy
  • High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
