Are you a highly driven, analytically-minded sales professional with a passion for digital media and campaign optimization? Do you also speak fluent Czech? That's great!! We are looking for a Czech Ads Specialist to join the growing team of our client. You will actively drive revenue by building client relationships and managing performance-driven advertising solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Engage with existing clients across all communication channels
  • Drive sales pipeline growth by managing inbound warm leads and executing proactive outbound outreach, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Strategically identify sales opportunities and consultatively deliver tailored advertising solutions
  • Execute and manage end-to-end digital campaigns, monitoring performance and key success metrics
  • Identify campaign trends and act proactively to address challenges and enhance performance
  • Efficiently coordinate client needs by directing them to internal specialists and support teams when needed

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales roles
  • Proficient in CRM systems to manage and track client relationships
  • Client-focused mindset
  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Highly target and goal-oriented
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms
  • Native level of the Czech language
  • Fluency in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
