We are in search for an experienced and motivated Children and Young People Manager to join the team and provide excellent clinical and managerial leadership for the delivery of and building of the Paediatric service. We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to provide leadership to the paediatric team, helping build a safe, high-quality service providing excellent care to children, young people and their families. You will support the CYP development across the centre departments including paediatric competencies for all healthcare professionals involved in children and young people, including Theatre Practitioners and Day Case Nurses. This role will require oversight of clinical practice, resource management, clinician engagement, safe staffing provision and financial management, to ensure that the centre meets all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
